Maintenance Caretaker

We are looking for a Maintenance Caretaker to join our Facilities team which comprises of 29 members all spread across different sites. The team ensures that the delivery and management of internal and external services adhere to agreed standards, current legislation and health and safety regulations. As a Maintenance Caretaker you will be responsible for completing maintenance and cleaning tasks at four offices on one complex in Worcester and one archive store also in Worcester. Support at other offices will also be required on occasions.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £26,982 based on 35 hours per week rising to £28,402 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
