Sanctuary Students are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Maintenance Caretaker to work on a temporary basis at our Dinwiddy House accommodation in London. We use our accommodation over the summer period for conferences, summer schools and for accommodation bookings from members of the public.
Our offices are open from 08:00 until 20:00, Monday to Sunday and the successful candidate will work a shift pattern of 8.00am to 5.00pm, 5 days over 7 days.
The role of Maintenance Caretaker will include:
- Experience within a caretaking or cleaning role is essential
- Practical skills in identifying and/or carrying out standard repairs
- Working knowledge of health and safety
- Good communication skills allowing you to provide great customer service
- The ability to assess priorities and plan work effectively
Sanctuary Students manages accommodation for over 11,500 students across England and Scotland.
