ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Maintenance Assistant with The Bamford Collection, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties maintain their luxury appearance and impeccable standards. You will be responsible for working across multiple sites, each offering its unique charm and requiring the highest level of attention to detail. Your work will contribute to the overall aesthetic and quality of our collection, ensuring that every space reflects the elegance and sophistication that The Bamford Collection is known for.

SALARY: 28000 - 30000
HOURS: Full Time 6am - 3pm (weekend flexibility is key)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out maintenance, painting, decorating, and minor repairs across various properties within the collection.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Manage time efficiently to complete tasks across multiple sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and complete tasks efficiently and with minimal disruption to property occupants.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Drive meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
