Maintenance Assistant - Carpenter bias

Your new company
You will be working for a leading national FM company who have contracts with blue chip companies across the UK.

Your new role
We are looking for an FM technician with a carpenter bias to work across the office buildings on-site at Fawley. The hours will be 7.30am to 4pm - overtime and on-call rota available after qualifying period.
Duties will include:

• Carpentry tasks, for example - door hanging/fitting, windows, kitchens.
• Perform all aspects of repair and maintenance work to high quality standards.
• Reactive Maintenance tasks.
• PPM Maintenance tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced handy person or carpenter who is looking for a varied maintenance technician role with a carpenter bias.
