Position Title: Maintenance

Compensation: Part-Time, Temporary, $20.00/hour

Scope & Responsibilities of Maintenance: (Not limited to)

• Maintains inventory control system data according to policies and procedures.
• Scans and documents tank drawings to maintain record keeping.
• Assists the Stockroom Superintendent in maintaining and updating system data for MMS.
• Provides assistance to maintenance workers when needed.
• Performs various tasks for maintenance planners and provides administrative support.
• Carries out other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management.

Education & Experience for Maintenance:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited higher education program.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and be available to work up to 40 hours per week consistently.

Other Qualifications of Maintenance:

• Communicates effectively with peers, co-workers, and supervisors and provides service to internal and external customers.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and maintenance management system.
• Entering and retrieving data from our machinery maintenance system.
• Successfully complete all company mandated safety and/or job-related training programs deemed appropriate.

Physical & Cognitive Demands of Maintenance:

• COGNITIVE DEMANDS: Meet deadlines, focus attention, work independently, work with a team, perform repetitive tasks, spatial relations, communicating, interpreting, organizing, reading comprehension, critical thinking, troubleshooting.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Seeing, speaking, hearing, smelling, kneeling/stooping, sitting, walking/climbing, standing/reaching, listening, writing, driving, physical coordination, feeling by touch, precision work, twisting/bending, depth perception, assembling parts, keyboarding. Working in extreme heat/cold on elevated platforms with exposure to hazardous materials. Push/pull/lift/carry 25 pounds.
• May work overtime, holidays, weekends, scheduled time off, and/or shift work as required to support refinery operations.
