Maintenance Engineer, Frome, Somerset

£40,000 - £45,000
7% Matched Pension, 24 Shifts Holiday, 4 on 4 off days and nights, Training and Development opportunities

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2023, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the roll-out of total productive maintenance across the site.
• Assist the Maintenance Engineering Manager with daily duties.
• Respond to maintenance, breakdowns, and project work.
• Assist in the daily operations of a busy machining and manufacturing site.
• Fault finding in breakdowns.
• Communicate both electronically and verbally.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering (with mechanical and process skills).
• Exposure to breakdowns, repairs, mechanical engineering, and maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Can-do attitude, confident, and driven.
• AutoCAD experience would be desirable.

Benefits Package:

£40,000 - £45,500
7% Matched Pension, 24 Shifts Holiday, 4 on 4 off days and nights, Training and Development opportunities.
