Job description

Machinery Technician - Buckinghamshire

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Machinery/Warehouse Technician for our client based in Buckinghamshire.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 pm

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (DOE)

Role Purpose: This role is to ensure the functionality of the warehouse and machinery.

Duties:

  1. Housekeeping and organisation of stock machinery and associated components
  2. Assisting in machinery repairs with the service team, ensuring the parts are available
  3. Returning machinery and areas to a suitable condition
  4. Testing and preparing stock/rental machinery
  5. Preparing an area and readying machinery for demonstration
  6. Carrying out urgent deliveries

Requirements:
  1. Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds
  2. Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  3. Computer literate
  4. Understanding pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  5. Your own transport
