Machine Shop Operator
Salary: £32,500 - £36,000 + Overtime (Time and a Half/Double Pay) + Early finish Friday + 22 Days Holiday + Pension + Uniform + Free Parking + On-site Canteen
Location: Harlow, Essex (Commutable from: Epping, Bishop's Stortford, Ware, Hertford, and surrounding areas)

This is an industrial manufacturing and servicing company with a strong reputation and a friendly, close-knit team, they are looking for a skilled Machine Shop Operator to step in following a recent retirement and contribute to their continued success.

In this role, you'll be working on manual lathes, machining a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and brass. You'll interpret technical drawings, produce high-quality components to strict tolerances, and carry out routine maintenance.

This role would suit a Machine Shop Operator with proven experience in manual lathes, who is looking for a secure position with plenty of overtime and the chance to work in a supportive, team-focused environment.
