An established industry player is seeking reliable individuals for a fast-paced automated machinery role in Guildford. This temporary position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on operating machinery and assembly tasks. You will be responsible for setting up, loading, and unloading materials while ensuring quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will possess good dexterity, the ability to follow instructions, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to work in a fast-paced automated machinery/assembly role. You do not need experience, but you must be able to learn quickly, follow instructions, and have good dexterity skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a temporary, ongoing position.
The working hours are Thursday to Sunday/Friday to Sunday 7:00 am to 7:15 pm.
The role will include some assembly but is mainly operating automated machinery, which involves setting up, loading, unloading, and stacking. You will have a keen eye for detail and quality to help identify any errors and basic computer skills. You should be comfortable working in an environment that deals with glues, gases, carbon dust, ink, fiberglass, potting, etc. Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes are required. You will be standing all day; there are no seated roles.
Experience is not essential; however, a manufacturing background would be ideal.
