Machine Operator - Manningtree

Temp to Perm

Shift Patterns:

1. 7am-3pm
2. 3pm-11pm
3. 11pm-7am

£12.58ph + 2% performance bonus + Holiday, Pension & Adecco Benefits

Accessible from Train station

Immediate start after a short meet and show around interview.

A long-standing client of ours in Manningtree is currently looking for a Machine Operator to join their small and hardworking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global supplier company that produces high-quality products to a variety of different industries.

This position is a temporary to permanent role.

If you have a great work and personal attitude, are hardworking, like a hands-on role, and are keen to be trained and develop a long-term skill and career, this is for you! Previous experience is not essential as all training will be given.

You MUST be able to work on a rotating shift pattern due to business needs.

Duties:

1. Work in a hands-on role
2. Operate a full variety of production machinery efficiently (All training given)
3. Mix liquid materials, abiding by health and safety standards
4. Ensure quality standards are kept
5. Re-set machines where required
6. Check all machines for any wear and tear before starting up
7. Communicate and listen to instructions
8. Work in a production/factory setup with a great team
