Now Hiring: 2nd & 3rd Shift Machine Operators

Join our team and start your career in manufacturing! We are seeking entry-level Machine Operators who are ready to hit the ground running on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Shifts & Pay:

2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Starting Pay: $19.80/hour (includes 10% shift differential)
Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 4–6 weeks

3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Starting Pay: $20.70/hour (includes 15% shift differential)
Training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 4–6 weeks

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate cutting, forming, grinding, and polishing machines
  • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality
  • Work closely with engineering to assist in new product development and troubleshooting
  • Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets to complete tasks accurately
  • Follow safety regulations and use required protective equipment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation & ability to work assigned shift
Must pass a background check & 9-panel drug test

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting – requires standing, lifting, and working with machinery
Mandatory use of safety equipment
