Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator- NIGHTS

Location: Stroud

Pay Range/details: £14.35 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

A leading Textile Manufacturer based in Stroud is looking for a Machine Operator to join their finishing department. The position is full-time on double day shift (weekly rotation, details below).

After training, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join on a permanent contract. Full training will be given due to company processes but ideally, you will have a manufacturing or engineering background with machine operating experience.

Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator

1. Operating multiple machines
2. Ensuring all products produced meet company standards
3. Quality checking products
4. Reporting any defects to Supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements - Machine Operator

1. Ability to work using own initiative
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Team player
4. Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment

What we can offer - Machine Operator

1. Rotating weekly shifts (Earlies Monday- Thursday 06:00- 14:00, Friday 06:00- 13:00/ Lates Monday to Thursday 14:00- 22:00, Friday 13:00- 20:00)
