RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.
  2. Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
  3. Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
  4. Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
  5. Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
  6. Complete necessary reports.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. Strong safety background and good attendance record.
  3. Works well in a team environment.
  4. Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
  5. Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.
  2. Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
