Machine Operator

We have a brand-new opportunity to join a globally recognised manufacturer at their Glossop site as a Machine Operative with immediate effect.
This is a full-time position with plenty of overtime available, where you will be recognised as a key player within a dedicated and friendly team.

What's on offer?

1. £15.59 - £18.32 per hour
2. Monday - Friday
3. 3 week rotating shift pattern (6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 10:00pm - 6:00am)
4. Overtime available at weekends at enhanced rates
5. 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising each year with length of service)

What will you be doing as a Machine Operative?

1. Operating and maintaining production machinery
2. Monitoring machine performance to ensure consistent output
3. Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
4. Adhering to safety standards and reporting any equipment issues
5. Assisting with production line tasks as needed

What do you need?

1. Previous experience as a machine operator
2. Experience in a fast-paced factory environment
3. Flexibility with working hours
4. Strong attention to detail
