Machine Operator

Industrious are currently recruiting for a machine operator to work on rotating day shifts. You will be working for a world-leading manufacturing company that designs, develops, and supplies aerosol valves.

Shifts

Shifts available: 06.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 22.00

6 days on, 3 days off rotating

Rate: £12.65/ph

20 attendance bonus weekly

Duties:

1. Operate and monitor machines in a warehouse setting
2. Assemble and fabricate materials using hand tools and equipment
3. Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and cuts
4. Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently
5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
6. Package finished products for shipment
7. Ensure the machine is running smoothly throughout your shift
8. Fill machines with materials

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred
2. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints
3. Proficient in using hand tools and equipment
4. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
5. Strong attention to detail and quality control
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
