Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Tamworth

Job type: Temp to Permanent

Rate: GBP13.00 per hour PAYE, increasing to GBP14.00 per hour after 13 weeks

Hours: Monday- Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-14:00

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with production requirements.
2. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure proper function.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
4. Ensure health and safety compliance.

The Machine Operator should have the following skills and experience:

1. Previous experience in machine operating, ideally in Break press, plasma cutters, guillotines.
2. Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read and interpret diagrams and instructions.
