Working Hours:

• Week 1 - 60 hours per week, 06:00 to 18:00 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with a 30-minute paid break and two 15-minute paid breaks each day.
• Week 2 - 24 hours per week, 06:00 to 18:00 (Wednesday, Thursday) with a 30-minute paid break and two 15-minute paid breaks each day.
• Week 3 - 60 hours per week, 18:00 to 06:00 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with a 30-minute paid break and two 15-minute paid breaks each day.
• Week 4 - 24 hours per week, 18:00 to 06:00 (Wednesday, Thursday) with a 30-minute paid break and two 15-minute paid breaks each day.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor plastic processing machines, including injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming equipment.
• Ensure production runs smoothly by performing routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines in a safe and efficient manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with plastics or machine operation is an asset (training available for motivated individuals).
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or production orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety.
