Machine Operator
Immediate Starts
Choose to work days or nights
Ongoing regular work
Days is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am to 6pm - 4 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 4 days off
Nights is working Monday to Thursday night - 6pm to 6am - 4 nights on 3 nights off
Pay for days starts at £12.26 per hour - increases to £13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
Pay for nights starts at £13.26 per hour - increases to £14.26 per hour after 12 weeks
Location: Brownhills area
Duties of a Machine Operator:
- Operating CNC Machines - sometimes working 2 machines at the same time
- Loading automotive parts
- Filing / grinding
- Using power tools
- Quality Inspection
- Working to targets
Experience required for a Machine Operator:
- Previous factory work / machine operating work
- Experience with hand tools / power tools is an advantage
- Previous manufacturing and production experience is an advantage - but training is provided
