Job description

Machine minder required to work within well-known manufacturing facility based in Llay.

Job Details

Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent

Pay:

1. Training rates for first 26 weeks of training
2. Days: 12.21
3. Nights: 13.00 per hour
4. After 26 weeks pay rates will increase

Hours:

1. Days: 06:00 - 18:00
2. Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Overtime: Available

Benefits (after 26 weeks):

1. Increased pay rate for day and night shifts
2. 1 attendance bonus for every hour worked
3. Paid breaks

Responsibilities:

1. Operating various machinery used in the production process
2. Performing quality checks
3. Overseeing production lines
4. Engaging in technical, manual, and housekeeping duties

Requirements:

1. Experience as a machine minder/setter/operator
2. Preferably experience in technical/mechanical/aerospace environments
3. Diligent, technical mindset, hands-on approach
