What You’ll Do
- Lead NLP research, focusing on LLMs and code understanding
- Run experiments, apply research, and build internal benchmarks
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to research publications
What We’re After
- Master’s/PhD in CS, Data Science, or similar
- 3–5 years in NLP (e.g. NLU, sentiment analysis)
