About The Role – M365 Architect

We are seeking a M365 Architect who is passionate and curious about the Microsoft stack and enhancing business productivity through the convergence of people and technology. You must be committed to always delivering value, invested in continuous learning and excited to be part of a knowledgeable, forward-thinking team.

As a M365 Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing M365 solutions for our clients, including a proven track record of designing Microsoft solutions based on experience blended with best practices.
• SharePoint administration and development.
• Expertise in PowerShell and experience with SPFx Framework for SharePoint Online development using languages such as TypeScript, ReactJS, PnP Framework, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JSON, REST.
• Development of a user-friendly intranet and related protocols, procedures, and training materials.
• Analysis of an organisation's needs to design and implement solutions in the SharePoint environment.
• Integrating SharePoint with other software systems and platforms.
• Defining data storage, archiving, management, and organisation in SharePoint.
• Governance of access & data to prevent data loss.
• Promoting a digital-first culture by delivering high-quality information products.
• Ensuring cybersecurity measures are integrated into all solutions and products.
• Developing and maintaining information architecture frameworks.
• Providing architecture and security assurance across our solution designs and implementations.
• Supporting teams with technical leadership and advice.

Your expertise will help us ensure that we deliver leading value-driven solutions that are scalable and secure.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• 6+ years’ business or consulting experience.
• 6+ years’ experience in advanced administration or design of Microsoft productivity and modern work solutions.
• The ability to interpret technical & business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across diverse end-user scenarios.
• Experience with information management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and cloud technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and manage engagements to deliver business value.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or Solutions Architect with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
