Project Manager for Student Accommodation in London

We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Project Manager to lead the full M&E scheme for a 300-room student accommodation project in Wimbledon with an esteemed existing client.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Basildon / Onsite

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + travel expenses

Role Overview

As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of the site management team, overseeing the mechanical and electrical managers, as well as a junior supervisor. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of this significant project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site team to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical managers to streamline operations.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
