M&E Design Manager

Here's what you'll be doing:

1. Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function
2. Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management
3. Working alongside pre-construction and operations managers
4. Involved in tender management and bid process

1. Strong technical building services background
2. Ambitious character and good communicator
3. Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships

1. Wide ranging schemes including MOD, MOJ, commercial developments, blue light services, infrastructure and transportation.

1. Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division
2. Medium sized business who have strong clients including household names Ocado and BAE.
3. 3 offices nationwide well placed to support the UK as a whole.
