Job Description
- Negotiate and procure contracts in accordance with the organisation's procurement strategy, ensuring value for money is achieved.
- Monitor budget expenditures, identifying any variances that could affect forecasting accuracy.
- Ensure planned maintenance is scheduled correctly and executed in compliance with regulatory standards and contract agreements.
- Assist in evaluating, developing, and leading projects to implement and approve appropriate remedial actions and solutions.
- Support the delivery of service level agreements and key performance indicators, ensuring all targets are met.
- Ensure buildings are fully compliant with mechanical and electrical regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
- Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction by effectively managing contractor and supplier relationships to meet service requirements.
- Ensure security and CCTV installations comply with GDPR standards.
The Successful Applicant
- NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical field
- Experience in building management compliance
- Supervisory/managerial experience of sub contractors
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Understanding of legal requirements of mechanical or electrical health and safety
