Construction Manager (M&E) - Residential Apartments

Construo Recruitment are recruiting an experienced M&E Construction Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality residential apartment developments, ensuring seamless integration of M&E systems within complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the M&E aspects of residential apartment projects from inception to completion.
2. Coordinate with design, construction, and M&E subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
4. Lead site teams, ensuring health & safety protocols are met.
5. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Manager with M&E expertise.
2. Strong background in residential apartment developments.
3. Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate M&E installations effectively.
4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) preferred.
