M&E Clerk Of Works

We're looking for an M&E Clerk of Works! My client, a local authority in Warwickshire, needs a Clerk of Works with an M&E bias!

We can be flexible and will consider an experienced candidate with a mechanical or M&E background as well as supervisory experience.

Position Details:

1. Mech Clerk of Works
2. 6-month rolling contract, and expect it to be extended as the client has a programme of works until 2028.
3. 37.5 hours per week, overseeing schools, public buildings, etc.
