Title: Seeking an Experienced M&A VP/Director - BioTech/Pharma in London

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&A professional to join our client, a leading transaction advisory firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare Consultancy, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance who can demonstrate strong transaction experience and deep expertise in MedTech, HealthTech, BioTech, or Pharma sectors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferably in healthcare management from a reputable institution.
2. 5-10 years of experience in Healthcare Consultancy, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance.
3. Technically proficient (valuations, modeling skills).
4. Proven track record of delivering successful transactions (end-to-end M&A transaction in the sector).
5. Experience working on complex cross-border transactions.
6. Exceptional analytical skills coupled with sound commercial acumen.
