Due to ambitious growth plans and the vision to grow a dedicated team of M&A tax specialists, a leading Big 4 practice is seeking an M&A Tax Assistant Manager. You will be part of a close-knit team and working directly with the Partner and Senior Manager within the department.
The team currently advises across all areas on a sale and purchase, with clients primarily being large multinational retail banks, FinTech & wider FS clients. However, they are always winning and delivering on projects involving institutional buyers and investors.
