You will be advising a range of clients, including venture capital funds, start-ups, and large corporates (both private and public) with respect to sophisticated public or private acquisitions, growth investments, and other similar transactions. This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious 2-4 PQE associate to join a new growing team, with the chance to take on a high level of responsibility and have direct client contact that will allow you to progress as the team grows.
