The opportunity
Join the fastest growing and most innovative deal analytics team in the UK. We are disrupting the traditional financial due diligence model through our use of data analytics and advanced technology tools. We help our clients through the process of acquiring or divesting assets to meet their strategic goals. Our core work is during the exciting and high-speed financial due diligence phase of an M&A process. Using data and analytics in due diligence to assess the target company’s financial performance and business projections, we identify opportunities and risks that impact the final value of the asset. We clearly communicate our findings to our clients, their banks, and their investors.
Your key responsibilities
In your role as a Director, you will lead engagements, understanding key business drivers, overseeing the approach with the client, and providing value through insights and advice. You will manage project teams and work closely with all members, forming strong internal links within Transaction Diligence and other departments in EY. You will gather, verify, and assess information to formulate views, and plan, prepare, and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations, and discussions with clients.
