M&E Engineering Supervisor – London Bridge
Salary: £58,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Hours – Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM

Are you an experienced Engineering Supervisor with a passion for leading a high-performing team in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team at a prestigious commercial office building in the heart of London Bridge.

About the Role:
As the Engineering Supervisor, you’ll oversee the maintenance and operations of a large, modern commercial office building. You’ll ensure the building’s critical systems and infrastructure operate at peak performance while leading a team of engineers to deliver top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of on-site engineers, providing guidance and development.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, operate efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors and oversee project works.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in engineering supervision, ideally in a commercial property setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical and mechanical.
• Recognized engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HND, or equivalent).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
