Synergy Promotions are a leading Travel Retail Promotional Agency who promote the world's leading Beauty, Fragrance & Liquor brands within Heathrow Airport Duty Free Stores and across the United Kingdom & Ireland. As a Luxury Sales Consultant at Location, you will be representing world-renowned luxury brands, providing exceptional customer service to affluent travellers. You will be responsible for offering a personalized shopping experience, driving sales, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional, personalized service to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
2. Promote and sell luxury products, meeting sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
4. Assist with stock management, inventory, and visual merchandising.
5. Stay knowledgeable about products, trends, and brand campaigns.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
7. Maintain high store standards, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar airport or travel retail environment.
2. Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
3. Passionate about luxury brands and delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.
5. Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
6. Proficient in using POS systems, handling cash transactions, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Additional Information:

This role will be self-employed. Self-employed roles offer the freedom to choose your own shift patterns, giving you the flexibility to design a schedule that suits your lifestyle. While weekend availability is required, we offer ongoing, year-round work with a variety of shift times to accommodate different preferences. Our business operates 365 days a year, and as the role is based in an airport, shifts may start as early as 4am and run until 9pm, but with numerous shift options available within this window. We will work with you to find a schedule that fits, and we're looking for individuals who can commit to at least 30 hours per week with weekend flexibility. This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the working environment.

Required:

1. You will be issued an Airside pass for airport access, which requires you to provide a complete 5-year history.
2. Criminal record check - Disclosure and Barring Service.
3. If you have resided outside of the UK for six months or more in the past five years, you will be required to obtain a police clearance certificate from the respective country.
4. You must also possess a valid passport and have the legal right to work in the UK.
