Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Virtual Merchandiser to join our esteemed luxury Italian fashion team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating online product presentations that embody the elegance and sophistication of our brand. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our digital merchandising strategies drive engagement and sales while maintaining our luxury aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement innovative virtual merchandising strategies that reflect our Italian luxury brand identity.
2. Curate and manage product assortments for our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal visual appeal and alignment with seasonal campaigns.
3. Analyze sales performance and customer insights to inform product placement, merchandising tactics, and promotional activities.
4. Work collaboratively with marketing, creative, and product development teams to craft cohesive online narratives that enhance the brand experience.
5. Monitor website performance and customer interactions, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Stay informed about trends in luxury fashion, digital merchandising, and competitor activities to keep our brand ahead in the market.
7. Assist in executing online marketing initiatives and promotions that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in virtual merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
3. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices in digital merchandising.
4. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
5. Excellent attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense.
6. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with luxury Italian fashion brands or heritage brands is a plus.
2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and merchandising software.
3. Knowledge of current trends in Italian fashion and consumer behavior.
