Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Retail Luxury VIP Sales Manager to lead and manage our VIP sales operations within a premier luxury retail environment. This role will involve planning and executing business strategies, encompassing strategic partnerships, CRM and other initiatives. Drive prestige portfolio through the achievements of sales targets, new client acquisitions and project management through direct connections, luxury events and collaborations with stylist. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience at an elite level.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. VIP Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP customers, ensuring personalized attention and a deep understanding of their preferences.
  2. Sales Leadership: Drive sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue from VIP clients. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
  3. Exclusive Events: Plan and execute high-end in-store events and international trunk show, private client showings, and exclusive experiences to strengthen customer engagement.
  4. Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new VIP clients through networking, referrals, and industry contacts. Proactively engage with high-net-worth individuals.
  5. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that all VIP customers receive world-class service. Anticipate client needs and offer bespoke product recommendations and experiences.
  6. Team Leadership & Training: Manage and mentor a small team of sales associates, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide training to staff on VIP sales techniques and luxury service standards.
  7. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s luxury product offerings. Act as an expert in product knowledge to provide clients with insightful and tailored advice.
  8. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on VIP sales performance, client acquisition, and satisfaction metrics. Create CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure a seamless VIP shopping experience and coordinate efforts to elevate the brand’s prestige.
  10. Market Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and luxury market developments to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 3+ years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, with a proven track record in VIP sales management and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  2. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  3. Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with high-profile clients.
  5. Event Planning: Experience organizing exclusive events and experiences for luxury clientele.
  6. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the luxury market and product categories, such as fashion, made to order and bespoke services.
  7. CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management systems and sales reporting tools.
  8. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with poise, ensuring client satisfaction in all scenarios.
  9. Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate VIP clients’ availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of multiple languages (especially those relevant to global luxury markets).
  2. Established network within the luxury industry or VIP circles.
  3. Experience with high-profile luxury brands.
