Seeking an LSA/TA/Care Assistant/Support Worker!

Do you want to make a difference? Do you love working with children or vulnerable adults and have a passion for special needs? Do you have a social care background? Or even had personal experience supporting SEND? If so, then this is the role for you.

Protocol Education is looking to recruit a learning support assistant/teaching assistant to join a SEND provision in Chelmsford. You will be joining a great team that predominantly works with children who have a variety of special needs. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with individual children, is important. Due to the needs of the students, personal care is required as part of this role.

This is a long-term, full-time position, so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:50 AM - 4 PM.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
