Job description

LPC / SQE Graduate - Commercial Litigation and Arbitration Paralegal

Our client, a boutique London law firm with an established client base, is looking to recruit an LPC / SQE graduate to join their litigation and international arbitration team to assist with high-value, complex commercial litigation. The work will involve a mixture of dispute resolution including banking and financial services, contract disputes, funds, M&A disputes, fraud, shipping, and general commercial litigation.

The firm is open to LPC / SQE graduates with no experience, but it is essential to have very strong academics. The successful paralegal will be dealing with a variety of tasks including:

  1. Document management
  2. Extensive legal research
  3. Drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements, etc.
  4. Preparing bundles/documents for meetings and court
  5. Proofreading contracts
  6. Other general paralegal assistance as required

Exceptional academics and the LPC / SQE are essential. This is an exciting role and an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established firm with excellent career prospects and long-term progression (the firm has offered training contracts to their previous paralegals). Fantastic training is on offer and is ideal for an ambitious, motivated candidate.
