Our newly formed Growth team is dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences through innovative loyalty programs and data-driven strategies. As a Loyalty Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us understand and engage our customers, driving success for our business and enhancing customer satisfaction. Join our dynamic and collaborative team and make a meaningful impact on our loyalty initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities.
  • Develop loyalty metrics, dashboards, and reports to track program performance.
  • Work with marketing, operations, and food teams to improve our loyalty initiatives.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations to boost engagement and retention.
  • Support CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Research competitor loyalty programs and market trends to keep us ahead.
What You Bring
  • At least one year of data analysis experience, ideally in loyalty or customer experience.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, loyalty metrics, and program analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
Bonus if you have:

Experience in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce, knowledge of CRM platforms, or an understanding of digital marketing and engagement strategies.
