Operations Assistant for LOVE CORN based in Shoreditch London, UK

Exciting opportunity to join LOVE CORN, the fastest growing, emerging snack brand in the UK & USA. As the Operations Assistant, you will manage day-to-day operational needs of the UK company and will report to the Operations Director. The role is based in the London office.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Order-to-Cash process: manage sales order processing, invoice processing, managing accounts receivable & posting promotional deductions
  2. Customer service management: provide best in class customer service to our customers and suppliers
  3. 3PL management: be the point of contact for any queries to and from our warehouse
  4. EDI management: monitor the EDI system and resolve any issues that arise
  5. Manage the Inventory system: including inbound and outbound stock movements on raw materials & finished goods
  6. Sales admin: maintaining master data for internal & external stakeholders, updating new line forms & managing technical sheets

Requirements:

  1. The candidate should be excited to learn, have a positive ‘can do' attitude, and be confident
  2. Able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a strong work ethic
  3. Outstanding attention to detail, be a great multi-tasker and show strong initiative
  4. Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  5. Have strong verbal and written communication
  6. Have experience in MS Office Suite
  7. Previous experience in an administrative role would be beneficial
