Verve Aviation are a leading Hospitality Agency based around the UK. We specialise in providing trained and professional staff to Manchester, Stansted, East Midlands and Edinburgh airports. We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are looking for flexible work to build around their lives, not the other way around!

Airport lounges offer a space for people to relax and prepare for their journey ahead. The customers can help themselves to food buffets and order drinks at the bar whilst overlooking the aircraft.

What will I be doing?

Lounge Hosts are responsible for ensuring a quality and stress-free airport experience. Roles include but are not limited to:

1. Bar and drinks service
2. Food service (buffet style)
3. Restocking of products
4. Ensuring a clean working environment is maintained
5. Providing exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate will be a bright and bubbly individual with a genuine passion for customer service and a strong work ethic. If you have a natural ability to get along with others, then this is the role for you!

What do you need?

1. MUST hold a valid passport to access the terminal building
2. Be able to provide 5 years work, education and address history
3. Proof of eligibility to work within the United Kingdom
4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - it’s a 24/7 business, so the ability to start as early as 3am is essential!

Before joining us, it is essential that you understand our policy on uniform. This is what you may be expected to wear should you decide to complete your registration with Verve:

1. Black shoes
2. Plain black socks
3. Plain black trousers
4. White/Black long sleeved shirt (depending on the client)

Please bear in mind our checks include a criminal record check for residence within the United Kingdom. However, if you have resided in another country for more than 6 months in the past 5 years, you will be responsible for obtaining a translated (into English) criminal record check from any other country of residence at your own cost.
