Loss Prevention Associate - Uniqlo 170 Oxford Street

Key Responsibilities:

1. Train store employees on LP and safety policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
2. Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
3. Prepare incident reports, accident reports, and investigation reports according to company guidelines.
4. Assist management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
5. Ensure complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.
6. Special projects/events as assigned.
7. Support store with day-to-day running.
8. Ensure inventory accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
2. Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
3. Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees.
4. Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
5. Desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop.
6. Able to work effectively under pressure.
