This role sits within our highly successful London Capital Markets. Our Capital Markets team has the expertise and connections to achieve the best terms for clients looking to invest in London. Working with both national and global investors, our highly experienced team of 16 evaluates and selects assets that best complement our clients’ individual portfolio, property performance, income goals, and risk profile.
We recognise that acquisition is only the beginning of the process of maximising investment returns. We also provide consultancy on how refurbishment, development or asset management initiatives can realise greater returns.
