An established industry player is seeking a London Operations Coordinator for a maternity cover role. This full-time position involves providing reception and security services, ensuring safety at the London Rehearsal Rooms, and supporting the Operations Team. We are looking for a London Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support the Assistant Operations Manager and work closely with the fellow London Operations Co-Ordinator in the delivery of reception, security and building management at the London Rehearsal Rooms and New Oxford Street Office, including Fire Safety and administrative support to the Operations Team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position for 12 months based in London.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
