Learning and Talent Development at L.E.K.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Learning & Talent Development Senior Manager (L&D Sr. M) is the owner of L.E.K. Europe’s formal learning experiences and manages the L&D team.
We hire bright people to solve challenges for our clients and to support our firm to be exceptional. Our Learning and Talent Development team support all our people to continue to learn, grow and thrive at work by creating a learning eco-system that integrates feedback, training, learning experiences and future development planning.
We offer over 100 learning experiences to 750+ Europe-based employees at all levels and roles in the firm.
This is an exciting opportunity to revolutionise the L.E.K. L&D offering by incorporating new technologies, driving continuous improvement of our existing curriculum and learning experiences, as well as developing new training programmes as we continue to evolve our offering
The Role
The L&D Sr. M works closely with senior leadership to set the direction for employee development at L.E.K. This role provides the daily opportunity to positively impact our colleagues and, in turn, our clients.
Working in collaboration with Partners, Managers, and individuals to develop and deliver a coherent learning offering that will enable our people to continue to develop their skills, be at the forefront of cutting-edge thinking in their market or specialism and be well-rounded leaders.
