Job description

I have a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for a Logistic Support Administrator with an industry leading manufacturing organisation based in Irvine.

Your role will be to support the warehouse team by managing outbound orders and providing export shipping documentation.

  1. Co-ordinate all outbound orders for custom and catalogue products to be shipped from Irvine warehouse.
  2. Delivery creation for all outbound catalogue orders to be shipped from Irvine warehouse.
  3. Liaise between warehouse and other internal departments to ensure delivery targets are met.
  4. Assist with booking and monitoring transport for outbound deliveries - Road, Air and ocean shipments including temperature controlled and hazardous materials.
  5. Running shipping reports for all outbound orders to update warehouse shipping schedule including communicating with internal departments to ensure date order management is always accurate.
  6. Produce export documentation in a timely manner as per shipping schedule.
  7. Assist with overseas catalogue shipments and requests.
  8. Provide support with daily multipack conversion process.
  9. Support with completion of any HMRC EMCS movements both inbound and outbound to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Participate in cross functional teams as required.
  11. Provide any shipping documentation to audit teams when required.
  12. Provide support to export specialist as and when required.
  13. Update tracking system for all inbound and outbound deliveries to both site and external Warehouse.
  14. Keep material master records up to date in system.
