Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced EU Road Freight Supervisor to join a leading forwarder in Lichfield.

This role focuses on managing EU Road Freight operations, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of road freight operations, specialising in EU road freight.
2. Manage relationships with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
3. Ensure compliance with all documentation, customs regulations, and industry standards.
4. Lead and support a team, providing guidance and training as needed.
5. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
