As a Logistics Operative, your responsibilities will include overseeing shop floor materials starting from goods-in to goods-out to support ongoing Aerospace projects. You will liaise with other teams to meet deadlines and maintain company standards while performing duties such as picking, packing, logistical controls, or other integral tasks for ongoing production at this growing Aerospace site.

What You'll Do:

• Your daily duties will vary depending on project demand and where your responsibility is needed.
• Pick items in store or pack items to meet business needs.
• Organise materials to ensure availability and order.
• Liaise with team members on requirements to meet project deadlines.
• Document deliveries and logistics, adhering to site process standards.
• Use a forklift when moving parts around the shop floor.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or equivalent environment.
• Understanding and experience in supply chain or logistics from a shop floor operations perspective.
• Ability to meet schedules and comply with documentation requirements.
• Effective communication with a variety of teams to ensure ongoing operations.

What Else Do You Need to Know?

• Full training is provided at every step.
• The hours for this role are on Days (07:00-15:30 Mon-Thu, 07:00-12:30 Fri).
• Substantial overtime available on evenings and weekends once fully trained.
