About The Role
We’re on a mission to
supercharge efficiency, boost courier performance, and streamline operations to deliver an outstanding service. Here’s how the Logistics Operations Manager supports this:
- Tackling Missed Visits – Daily deep dives into missed deliveries, identifying hotspots, and working with depots to fix issues fast.
- Eliminating Partial Collections – Tracking problem areas, holding depots accountable, and driving full collections every time.
- Maximizing Capacity – Launching courier diversion projects, urban delivery innovations (Cargo Bikes, IP Shops, Milk Rounds), and resolving APM sync issues.
- Boosting Courier Efficiency – Monitoring parcels per minute, optimizing handling materials, and refining sorting methods for speed and accuracy.
- Building a Stronger Courier Workforce – Enhancing onboarding, training, and retention programs to create a high-performing courier network.
- Ensuring Delivery Compliance – Cracking down on misreported deliveries, theft, and barcode issues while improving inspection and verification processes.
- Smart Storage Prioritization – Making sure the right parcels get delivered first with a data-driven approach.
