Our client is a global brand in luxury fashion and is expanding their footprint in Europe. The role will be based in central London and offers hybrid work.

Job Description

As the Senior Logistics & Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of the logistics operation, including 3PL commercials and project management. You will complete all assigned tasks to support the sales, merchandising, factory, freight forwarding, and warehouse teams across the EMEA division. You will develop and maintain key relationships with 3PL providers and track POs from creation through to delivery. You will support customs clearance and trade compliance. The role will oversee inventory management across operations, working with the wider supply function to ensure adequate levels of stock are maintained and arrive in the appropriate locations without issue.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a seasoned candidate with proven experience in:

• Bachelor's Degree in logistics or supply chain management required
• A minimum of 5 years of logistics/supply chain management operation experience required
• Knowledge in trading laws, customs, and regulations is required
• Experience in the premium luxury fashion industry is required
• Knowledge and experience in trade and customs clearance and knowledge of laws related to them
• Experience in managing warehouse operations
