To take responsibility for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management, development and optimisation of site logistics solutions to meet the needs of the project. The logistics manager will be required to manage the movement of people, goods and equipment at the construction site and control site facilities management.

The Project:

A £50m RC Frame development of 161 flats across 3 blocks with associated amenities and roof gardens.

Blocks vary from 8 Stories to 12 stories. This is a purely residential job.

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning/programming
• Supply chain management
• Fire Safety & Signage
• Delivery management
• Logistics Vehicles, plant, equipment, and vertical transport
• Data scope management
• Good receipts
• Plant and stock control
• Level 5/6 – Logistics and Transport Operations Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Logistics Management
• Fire Marshal Training
• SMSTS
