Logistics Coordinator Nights

Hays are currently recruiting for our client based in Dover for a logistics coordinator on their night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity on a full time permanent contract.

Shift:

4 days on 4 days off
7pm - 7am

The salary for this role is £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage time-critical logistics solutions throughout Europe and worldwide, operating within strict time constraints and ensuring all schedules and deadlines are met.
2. Transport planning (within Europe).
3. Escalate delays in transport and identify the problems.
4. Record non-conformances.
5. Highlight any gaps in carrier coverage.
6. Build and maintain excellent relationships with carriers.
